How do I upload using WSFTP?

This tutorial assumes you are familiar with WSFTP. You can get WSFTP at http://ipswitch.com

Now open up your web site in Front Page.

1. Open WSFTP and click on " Create Site" . Then name your site.
   

2. Your next screen will ask for your host name or IP address. You can either enter the ftp://yourdomain.com address or the IP address found in you control panel " FTP Accounts" . I use the IP address. Click " Next"
   

3. You will now be prompted for your Username & Password. Use the username and password located in " FTP Accounts" in your control panel. Remember, they are case sensitive. Make sure you check " save password" and " save account" , then click on " Finish" .
   

3. You are then taken back to the main WSFTP screen. Make sure your site is highlighted and then click on " Connect" on the right.

Once connected you will need to navigate to your web site located on your hard drive. This will be the left side of your screen. Once you have both sites up you can then click on the arrows in the center of the screen to move files back and forth.
